So I went to download CE 6.5.1 on cheatengine.org, Bit-defender went nuts, The download link is pointing to another server presentfuncontent DOT com.

Is this right?

if you search the link in google, it appears in a few youtube videos about using CE, so i think the link has been valid for some time.

It's correct.
It's a new advertiser network which hosts the ce download as well.

CE can never get hacked, it is physically impossible.

It was the first time I'd noticed that the binary was hosted elsewhere.
