I believe four things are contributing to Trump's surge in the last two months:
1. Hillary still battling Bernie, meanwhile Trump's already secured his nomination
2. Obama's guidelines which take away funding from schools who don't allow students to use which bathroom/gym changing room they please.
3. The Republican Party has been slowly unifying behind Trump, the #NeverTrump movement is dying
4. Trump has been bringing up dirt on both of the Clintons, forcing the media to give Hillary negative publicity

Would definitely say Trump is better than Hillary because he actually thinks for himself, does not have a track record of voting for war, and wants change in America. I will, however, still write in Bernie if possible. I'm really hoping he wins Cali and/or the contested convention goes well. I will be in philly peacefully protesting because I know it's the only real candidate who will fight for us, and it's only a few hours away.
