Ah!! U are little weak in English . Got it, sir CE can hack PC games, browser games and windows 8,10 games as well
In this forum u will find lots of tutorial + guide so start finding tutorials. U can use Google too...

Can you tell me how you did it? Did you try fruity fortune plus aswell? Click on new and it should show up

If the code is using Javascripting/flash then CE can hack it if the values are handled client-side. ASPX could simply be used for loading the page and not the game itself. I haven't checked the link so i don't know.
Not all browser games can be hacked. Like Rydian said

If a browser games stores data server-side you can't do jack to it
