I use it whenever I wanna trip. Each 10ml contains 15 mgs of DXM and 100mg of Guaifenesin. Overall you will ingest 300 mg's of DXM and 2 grams of Guaifenesin. Guaifenesin is known to cause nausea and vomiting at high doses and there have been some reports of people vomiting on 2 grams. I never did but I guess if you got a weak stomach then you may. But either way you will still trip.

My first time I was intense and awesome. My second time was more levels out and I knew how to control my self a bit more. There is like little to no come down. Thats what I really like about DXM. No cravings, no depression, mental exhaustion. I was even able to eat a bit after it wore off. It's one of my favourate substances. Make sure you take like a month break after doing it though.

You can do higher doses but if you do, make sure to get find an only active ingredient DXM product. Otherwise you will most likely harm yourself or have a bad trip.

Anyways hope you have fun if you decide to do it. Do it alone if anything. Again I posted a picture of what to go for if you can't find any only active DXM products.

yo i bought delsym the other day and had my first trip yesterday.

i took 360mg and it was really disappointing because it made me feel extremely tired. i fell asleep for most of the trip. i was already kind of tired from work that day already so that may have been the problem.

this is basically what happened.

-1:15am took 360mg of delsym
-around 2am start feeling lightheaded/a little nauseous
-decide ok maybe i should lay down until the nauseousness goes away

-fall asleep(im pretty sure i was pretty tired yesterday night without the dxm so this may definitely have been a factor in my trip)
-wake up around 4am and feeling it. still feelings of nauseousness though, and feeling very tired. first thing i did when i woke up was go to the bathroom, hard time walking(kind of like drunklol), heavy head. it was funny really lol, i left my room and stumbled thru the hall for wat seemed like a second and next thing i know im in the bathroom. sat on shittter really high and trippin out but not really in a comfortable way? yeah just tired with a heavy head and a bit nauseous. i think i was paranoid about sitting there trying to shit for too long because my family members rooms' are next to the bathroom.

-stumble again retardely back to my room, sit on chair
-tried listening to music, didnt really sound good tho like when im high on weed so i stopped
-wanted to watch something so i get up and with a bit of difficulty get my laptop on the bed as moving my body made the nauseousness worse
-watch like 10 mins of super troopers but shitty internet so i stopped it and was also just extremely tired and still feeling a little nauseous
-5am fall asleep and wakeup at 8:30am. felt disappointed instantly lol. was like 'damnit i wasted my first dxm trip' i feel a little coming down effects but yeah im sad i slept thru the peak

i have 180mg left from the delsym i bought ill probably do that in a few days and see if i feel anything with a lower dose without knocking the fuck out and if it that goes well ill try doing around 300mg again.

idk i dont do meth or even any stims harder than the caffeine extracts in energy drinks these days (l0l) but ive tried it a bunch and done lots of research and America did a really good job of demonizing it, if the potential for truth wasn't so common I'd almost call it disgusting since it's still active as a prescription drug to this day, but I don't really care I guess since I mostly just smoke weed now.

I didnt take too much dxm with it, but you feel less heavy than with just dph alone. mixing them together like 300/300 or 600/600 I hear gives a pretty good effect since they both cancel the negatives of each other, but from what ive read on dxm by itself I dont think I want to mix the two, I enjoy dph because of how fucked up it is, and wouldn't want to mix it with the 'ethereal' or 'out of body' like aspects of dxm. only mix dat dph with hydrocodone so you nod hxc

I have taken pretty low doses of dxm (100~mg) by itself like twice, but all it did was make me super like immersed in sitcoms, I watched like 4 hours of Roseanne, but I wasn't really high so I dont count it, i wanna try 3rd plat

most dph ive taken at once is 800mg, id like to take more (like a gram) but dont know anyone to trip sit me in case I like seizure or some shit
