It reads values on a server and compares them to your values at a constant rate but there is modded versions of the game out there, try Xmods version.. allows you to spoof, coin hack etc .. it does this by editing values on launch before connection to server.

Online games even on an android emulator like bluestack are protected with anti cheat software and SERVER SYNC. If they only protected by server sync then anything you hack would only be on your side which is no good because everything is on their server. Server sync means they have a check sum on their server and if your player data doesn't mach their's then the game will give you an error and will tell you to please refresh page. One time I did find things not protected on hemp tycoon on facebook that I hacked but the rest was protected by server sync. the hack was items to make my plants grow faster but I don't know if the game is even on facebook anymore and if it is they probably patched it. BE CAREFUL ABOUT WEBSITE'S THAT SAY THEIR HACK TOOL CAN ADD THINGS TO YOUR ACCOUNT, IT COULD BE A VIRUS. AND DON'T ENTER ACCOUNT INFO THROUGH THESE TOOLS BECAUSE THEY MIGHT STEAL YOUR ACCOUNT INFO. Very Happy

its will never work the game got sync with the server so every time you will change something (gems or money values) the server will kick you and reconnect you
you can modify only client side stuff
