So, my girlfriend moved into a new room last week, and suddenly she has to move out. The other tennants claim the landlord is telling everyone to move out, but she found out that they are focing her out to make room for someone else. The landlord doesn't want to talk to her, apparently the others told him some made up shit about her.

So, what I need is some shit to pull before she moves out.
Laxitives in their food, leaving the water on to spike the bill, etc

Ideas?

That being said, put cement down their toilet.

I used to be the consultant for this kind of shit. But that was a different kind of sabotage. Do they have any publicly available computers? Any active public WiFi networks? If you hit that shit, they won't be able to get it from your security deposit. They won't even know what hit them until you've completely moved out.
