because of aim assist

not to mention 3x faster reaction times and 2x better aim

these types of adapters have existed literally forever

they aren't an issue because, above all else, anybody competent enough with a mouse and keyboard isnt going to waste their time on consoles anyway

aside from trolling friends who don't use consoles however that's and expensive way to troll
