If you want to block ad shit for you in Skype:
1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Go to Tools -> Options
3. Go to Security Tab and click on 'Restricted Sites' then on 'Sites' button under that.
4. Add a new site: https://apps.skype.com
Close and apply etc. This will stop ads from appearing on Skype. It may / may not block it from sending ads to others.
If possible can you post a screenshot or info on what the ads look like that your friends receive?

Did you ever look for a virus?
Like he said... if it's sending messages to your contacts without your approval you most likely have a virus.
Try the malware bytes software... anti-rootkit and anti-malware (just click download, not buy. theyre both free)

I did whole scan with malwerbytes. I've forgot to write it.
found something, removed it and few days after that it keeps sending those messages. I've changed skype password and now we wait.
Also I've uninstalled all the apps on my rooted android phone

If changing password did not fix the problem than you can rest assured that your account is not hacked. Must be something on your comp or phone.

Depends on how you have things setup on your computer / phone. Hard to say what the exact point of entry is on your infection given that it could be your rooted phone, or it could be your computer.
If it's your phone, then it can easily obtain your full contact list without issue given that it is rooted and permissions are not really required at that point to access things.
If it's your computer, it depends on how you have things integrated as well as how you have things configured. (As well as your OS type.) The type of infection has a role in what's going on as well given that it can do a number of different things such as:
- Man in the middle attacks.
- Session hijacking.
- Remote upload of sensitive data on your machine. (Stuff like your password file for various browsers like Chrome, Firefox, IE. etc.)
Or it can just be a rootkit sitting your machine collecting data and waiting for you to open communication apps like Skype or email to collect user names and send messages without you noticing.
If you overall can't figure out the point of entry of where you got infected, the best route is to just reformat.

download comodo firewall. it should fix it and help you identify anything malicious, modify access privileges, etc.
