Cheat Engine

DB, what are the exact steps to add this to an Android phone. Please use ver. 6.3, because I have yet to figure out the difference in ver. 6.4.

do you mean the cheatengine apk, or just the standalone ceserver?

for the apk you need root. Optionally you can use ce 6.5 to connect to it

the standalone ceserver requires a terminal with root access. execute it and connect tge cheat engine version to it it was designed for (the ceserver on the site will not work with 6.3)

Being the novice you know I am, what is apk? I assume standalone means not connected to the internet? tge? cheat engine means what?

APK is basically short for "Android Package", think of it as the .exe installer for Android apps. It's what you download and run to get the app/program on your phone. I assume you're just going to want the standalone CE APK, the one you use on your phone itself (versus the one you use in tandem with your PC at the same time).

Is your phone rooted? The vast majority of phones don't come pre-rooted (for various reasons) so the first thing you'll want to do is google a guide on how to root your phone. It varies from phone to phone.
