I am pretty sure that cheat engine won't be able to help you with online games.
Online games have information stored on your local computer and on their servers and you would need to edit values in their server to be able to change fire rate, range and such parameters.
Unless someone corrects me this is not the correct place to find instructions on how to hack online games.
