Well, I Ran into a stupid problem today
before 2 days I was able to access cheat engine website with no problem but
today every time I try to open cheatengine.org it either results in nothing (totally white page) or error 503 service unavailable so I did what I know (check hosts file, disable windows firewall....etc) all those stuff failed
I also checked if cheat engine website is actually down (Here and as expected it was just me) so i tried to open it on iPhone just incase if it's my PC's problem and nope same results as before
unsurprisingly using a VPN allowed me to access it so any idea what is happening ?

what is your current ip?

With vpn a random USA ip I guess

that ip isn't blocked here
perhaps your isp is "protecting" you
