How do I cheat?

i have the program, i know how to find values and some small time usage, but i can't open trainers or any cheat tables i download, i get this error (file added to post) and this is pretty annoying.
sorry if i'm any bit condescending or unpleasant, thanks for any help.

Try renaming the file, CE might be having trouble trying to load it with the unknown characters.

i already tried that, but the same happens when the file name is only "da"

put it in a path that doesn't have your username in it

never mind! solved.
some folders in the path were in Hebrew (i'm from Israel) so CE couldn't read them.
I moved the files to somewhere else, now they work!
