Okay. Say there's this game that gives you a chance at choosing a reward every time you complete a level. It shows you the possible rewards you can get, like shown below. I made a simple image to help explain.

Then, it shuffles/ hides the cards and flips them over, like so. (Slowing the game down doesn't help, since the shuffling is just for show.)

So you choose your reward and it's the crappiest one possible (of course.) After your choice, it shows you where the other rewards were to mock you.

So I'm asking there was any way to know what prize you were choosing. Or how and what type of values you'd begin with.

Anyone try doing something similar?

assuming it's not an online game try the unrandomizer

anyhow, it's very likely there is no shuffling happening at all and just gives you the crappiest card and then randomly assigns the other cards to the spots that are left
