You may know what an SSD is right? Solid State Drive, the faster, smaller version of an HDD basically. Wanted to know if using cheat engine on an SSD will speed scanning and not reduce the lifespan of the SSD. Anyone have any idea?

it will speed up if you do scans with a lot of results

as for lifetime, yes, it will reduce the lifespan. So instead of buying a new one after 10 years, you'll have to buy one after 9

A year difference is a lot. But if you say it's from 10 to 9, not much for me. Are you sure the SSD can last that long?
