I'm really clueless ab this haha sorry any ideas what's wrong
Vista VM with 2GB ram allocated, 2.7 quad core i5, yah not sure what's wrong BSODs my host 8.1 OS so I was gonna try it in a 64 bit Vista virtual machine but now I can't even start it haha please excuse me I've really never messed w dbvm cuz it worked like a charm on my old pc but I'm using a Mac with bootcamp (aka no accessible BIOS and some weird drivers) so its been a huge pain, any help's appreciated. I understand that its my own problem if it's related to the support drivers for bootcamp but since it's probably not just gonna give this a try

perhaps virtualbox can't emulate virtualization, or it's not configured
i do know vmware supports it (it won't support booting, but runtime loading will work so. etimes)

still getting "Your system DOES NOT support DBVM", tried enabling unsigned drivers, forcing Intel VT as the virtualization type (rather than automatic) but nothings working

it's a hardware thing. That means the emulated cpu you're on does not have the features required for dbvm
either configure the emulator to support it (might require coding) or get a different computer (recommended)

in vmware workstation 9 (the one I use) I have an option in processor configuration to "Virtualize Intel VTX" (a checkbox under the combobox for prefered mode )
that option has to be checked to even try dbvm in there
