I think there should be a place where you can legally smoke dope or do whatever you want without hurting anyone, and then boom. Back to the place where you can't do dope, but in the place you can do dope?
Condoms, birth control ... etc ... like literally all the safety precaution so that no one would get hurt. Sounds like Paradise? I don't think people around us would like to create a world like that either. But Hmm.
I guess it only exist for the rich people though.

Hiroshi, the fact is no one gives a fuck, there could be 100 safety precautions but I garauntee you someone will fuck up a dope shot, get heroin cut stuck in their veins and blow off an arm or something.
There could be free condoms, birth control, free abortions with your next fix of crack! And still, retarded coke babies will be born, drug addicts users and alcoholics etc.. we're all shit. We'll fuck anything nice up, and rules only piss us off. So your fantasyland wouldn't work.

But umm, o really? building civilization was impossible, it took us hundreds of thousand of years .. and who knows? maybe millions or billions ,,, but we made it ??? Every person has needs, and if every person needs can be satisfied, then there would be no violent or prisoners or whatever.
