after i found the green address
i'm add it manually as a hex address and add Offests

You can't do that in any programming language, unless you use some libs or built your own function.

I guess you mean the Cheat Engine Auto Assemble. There you can access address like "MyModule.dll"+0x1337, but I'm not familiar with this.
