Hello

I'm very new to cheat engine and memory editing i know how to find addresses within the program but not able to work out how to find pointers. I have a dynamic address within virtual pool 4 for my career cash amount. I scan for this amount in cheat engine they do a pointer scan and have continued to rescan for the new address once the game restarts. this part of the scan i understand where im getting tripped up is lets say i end up with
vp4.exe+xxxxxxxx (xxxxxxxx) being the address + 4 or 5 offesets when i input address manually then add the offsets i can never end up with the resulting address from the scan. am very confused and could use some help if possible. Thank for any input. I have attached a sample pointer scan.
