Cheat Engine

I've been playing an online game.
There are 2 kinds of treasures in that game:
ordinary treasure / supreme treasure.

However both of the treasures look identical. I was told that there is a way to distinguish the supreme treasure form ordinary treasures by checking the difference in their item code with the help of Cheat Engine.

Here's what I'm doing now:
1: Put 99 HP pills in the 1st space of my backpack.
2: Scan "99" in CE, showing 8x results.
3: I changed the number of HP pills to 77
4: Type "77" and click next scan, showing 1 result.
5: Now I know the address code of the 1st space of my backpack, then I take away the HP pills, after that I put the treasures into the 1st place of my backpack.

I stop here because I don't know how to check the treasures' code (I already known the difference between ordinary and supreme treasure : if the last two unit are "04", it is a supreme treasure; if the last two unit are "01", it is an ordinary treasure.)
So what should I do in order to check the item's code? Is this the correct way to do the checking? or there is alternative way to do that?

if i understood what you said correctly you can use cheat engine on dissect structure option

What item code ? The item code of pills and treasures ? Then you need to debug the pills or the treasure then see what value any of the registers contain when its pills or teasure

or you can dissect data both of them and find some sort of identifier that way.

What you want to find the item code for anyway ?
