How do I cheat?

It says my computer supports it, but once i click it, it crashes my computer, windows 8.1

it depends on luck.
Try reinstalling windows from scratch without anything installed at all. That sometimes helps

The problem is that it's pre installed, no CD, also intel says no but my computer says it's supported?
And another program says it got full hardware support?

When i click the button saying "You support DBVM"
It first freezes my screen, then blue screen then
clock_watchdog_timeout
Then it counts from 0 to 100 and restarts.

It's strange that it does not work, because CE 6.2 and 6.3 works fine, but when i click the DBVM it crashes my computer.
Can Norton internet security have anything to do with it, it only says it's supported?
