Maybe you give me links to tutorials.I found nothing about racing games
And games has speedometer and rpm in vanity pack(mod) which I play with

I don't know any tutorials for racing games.

But I have hacked a few and they were all different in many things, so a tutorial for one game wouldn't necessarily help with the other game. Racing games are usually really complex, there are all sorts of variables for engine, wheels, suspension, aerodynamics and really all the stuff you see for real cars. It's not just go forward, backward, turn left and right.

If you see the RPM indicator, try to freeze and change your found values and see how is it working. If you know the very basics about changing gears, you know that freezing the RPM may lock your car speed on different speeds in different gears. So try to check those values in different gears and see if they are related to the RPM or related to the total speed of the car instead.

But even if you find the value for speed or RPM, you will need to a write a script to change it.

Also, go to the Cheat Engine settings and change the frequency of freezing a value from 100 ms to 1 ms. If the value is changed more frequently by CE, the game has less time to adjust to it and set it back or limit it. If you change a value only once in every 100 ms, the game has far enough time to change it back and maybe you will not even notice anything. Physics related variables are changed very rapidly so you need to set CE to change the value more frequently too.

Both of them can be useful. If you increase the RPM, it will increase the speed. Monitor the value that you have found and see how is it working. It's not just some random value so you need to see what it does exactly. Is it the speed in mph or kmh or the RPM or some other value? Make some notes, eg my speed was 50 mph and the value was 100, my speed was 100 mph and the value is 200, so the value is mph*2. Then if you have found what is that value exactly, post it here so we can get an idea of what should be done with it.

over 3 weeks ago I found address which increase my max speed but not more(only one car can get over 300 mph easily).But only now I decided dissect data structures for this address.And I found address which increase my max speed too.And address which set very big speed(image) but then my game crash.Can I set him to high speed without crash?

it depends on the game engine. You just have to experiment with it.

e.g the game might be doing a calculation after having driven a specific distance(it's stupid but who knows...): currentdistance divided by time driven

if time driven is 0, the game will crash

And there are of course other possible causes as well

I just found another address which increase my max speed and game don't crash.I am happy.I made it.But then my car start drifting and its hard to drive but possible

At least you have found the speed. If you go too fast and you drift more than usual, that's not surprising. Other problem may be small bumps and jumps on the road that will make you fly away.

If you can find traction for the wheels or something, then I guess you can. But no idea how will you find that.

You can try looking for wheel related stats. Eg the direction of the wheel (when you are turning it) or something similar. But this is very game specific stuff so I have no idea if there are any separate stats for the wheels at all. Or maybe just a value that will store traction overall.

No, but in the structure where you have found that value, you may found other values, like the size of the wheel, traction etc. If you find a value that is decreasing or increasing the drifting, that will be the traction. Though if you increase it, it's possible that it will decrease your speed (naturally).
