How do I cheat?

Hello 
I am playing GTA San Andreas on PCSX2 emulator and trying to find values for cheats. So far I have found these:
| Code: | Money: 207096B4 (4 Bytes)
Air: 2070961A (2 Bytes) |
Those ones are easy because they are static address 
My problem is finding the dynamic pointer address for Health and Armor, Weapon Ammo etc. I believe these values are in Float because everytime I search they are float.
I cannot seem to find the pointer for those ones though. I have done the tutorial and have a basic understanding of what I need to do using Pointer Scan or Find out what writes to this address - but it is like there is no pointer address.
I know it is not static though because the address change all the time and I don't know how to defeat it.
Is there anything special needed to find dynamic pointer address if using PCSX2 emulator? Has anyone tried getting the addresses for GTA San Andreas they could share tips with how to find them?

Wow really u wanna cheat in psx2 ahahha
why not download codebreaker that has all kinds of cheat for all ps2 games and easy to use also

Searched and only found one other thread

Because it's fun looking for ways to cheat the games other then already made cheats, and besides it opens up the possibility for altering virtually any aspect of the game and ability to write trainers.
ArtMoney has lots of cheat tables for games in PCSX2, I just couldn't find GTA San Andreas

No help 
If I try what writes to this address I get a few new entries in the debug window (for health and armor as an example, the number of occurences increases with each hit). If I double click these addresses and open the window there is no offset and the probable address is the same as the current address I found - which is not static.
So finding the pointer is almost impossible for me, it almost seems like the pointer address is generated somewhere else first, I just don't know where or what to look for?!
Any help, or link to simikar posts?

| Codebreaker does use some kind of editor and they are not ingame because it can add functions to your buttons
|
