How do I cheat?

I used the cheat engine to change save/phs value which make me to save at anyplace i want....
however it make my game stuck
i save my game at the junon branch, (ext.) where tifa is trying to escape from junon in disc 2...
and tifa is now stucked at the place....
i want to know is there anyway to make my player to walk through obstacles with cheat engine ?
