Hi, how i can freeze the value permanently?
When i freeze, the value stay oscillating btween 1349 and 9000
9000 is the value that i change

You edited out the processname
That means there's a 99.999% chance this is an online game.
If freezing/editing a value in an online game fails, then that means the real value is not stored on your computer, but on the server (serversided), which means the best you can do is the best you can do with mspaint

Just listen to dark byte and paint all the effects you need (like add multiple zeroes to max HP, etc). At least that will be productive.

I doubt if you understand what server sided means man.
Life probably not server sided, you might manage to make it changed visually on your machine.

Speaking in MVC, there is no 'M' in modern online game clients. There's pure 'V' and a little, very restricted 'C'.
Anything the client temporarily stores to render onscreen will be always overwritten with what the server 'knows'.
Any hacks can only happen if game devs haven't ever tried thinking and thus still trust everything the client has to say.
So, if you manage to modify the little 'C' and make the client allow you use health packs even when you have <= 0, and the server does not care to check if you have > 0, then you may have infinite health. (the same could be achieved by injecting fake packets)
Which is not how any more than half-baked online game works.
