| What i did is searched for the number of bullets i have then shoot some and checked for the reduced number and i got nothing then i tried unknown value so i shoot bullets and check for reduced value and still didn't get the address tried 4 bit ,float and double for almost 6 hours before i came here to ask for help , i downloaded a table for the game and saw that it was done by a script but how you get the bytes address without finding the value address first ?

Usually it's a painful exercise, and it is not what you need for ammo in this game.
In deadpool, the ammo is stored as a 4 byte value. Start with unknown initial value, shoot one bullet, reload weapon, filter with decreased by 1, rinse and repeat.
Note: displayed ammo=ammo in clip + spare ammo, the 2 being stored separately.

Alternatively you could use ultimap to home in on the reload or firing functions. Then you just have to read the assembly and/or disassemble it until you understand where and how the ammo is being reduced.
It's better to just think your way through the problem as Gniarf said, but OP did ask how to find the address without finding the value.
