There are many tutorials in the tutorial section of the forums. You shouldn't need to pay anyone to learn. There's many videos/images along with tutorials to get you started. It's not something you're going to learn completely in a day.

well for starters i would really recommend to read the art of assembly language vol 1 by Randall Hyde freely available on the net at http://www.plantation-productions.com/Webster/www.artofasm.com/Windows/index.html
read it once even if you don't understand anything
then the second time you read it it'll all come very easy to understand.
