There's one advanced way, to edit the trainer exe with a resource editor, that contains the version info. that contains the 'Description' field .

As far as I know the trainer is packed with 3 other EXE.
Trainer extract these in a temp directory and then run those.
Resource hacker or any PE editor won't be able to modify packed EXE's inside the main ECE.

No need anymore,
Found the solution,
After generating a trainer, simply rename it and it will change the descriptions as well.
