im sorry that im too bad for you, you've only played like 2 games with me and that was when i was like level 12(on my main) and brand new to the game, let alone the MOBA/RTS genre. I still am new, but better.

Riot doesn't really care about any other rules. That's why the rules are very vague. As long as you aren't a douche then its Kay. There was a riot post about some similar thing like this. Something about being banned for using laugh too much.

dude they play with some whack people, last night some guy i've never met started getting all buttmad because i had a carry score two games in a row and then i played kat mid and asked him why he was standing in a bush doing nothing and he cried for like 10 minutes about how i'm bad with no map awareness when i was wondering why he wasn't ccing the xerath right beside him so i could blink assassinate like kat does all day..
his only reasoning consistently was "they agree with me in skype n000b" and every time i'd be like "okay why" and he'd go "ur so bad"
he wasn't even any better than average and he played one champ while i cycled through 3 in the short time i was with him
