Hey there. Me and my friend found 4 Adresses to Access the MaxNumbers of CooP - Players. When we freeze them to "1" we can play Coop with "X" Players and not with only "4". So my question is if someone can help us to find these Basepointers to this 4 Adresses so that we can write a little Programm to make it easyer to handle. Our Problem is, Borderlands 2 have the Steam-AntiDebugger Mod so we cant make "What writes to these Address" or "What acess to these Address". We only can do " search Pointers for these adress" and there comes a big List (6 Million + ).
Does this anti debugger just crash the game or does it ban you?
I believe some time back i was helping someone on a steam game which also had a anti debugger which would only crash the game.
So what we did was (find what accessed) and trigger the instruction really fast. The game still crashed but the results were still collected in CE.
We saved the instructions, restarted the game and made a simple script intead of using a pointer. _________________
There are at least 2 additional solutions:
1-Use cheat engine 32bits, go to settings->debugger->use VEH debugger. That one will not crash borderlands 2, but I've got the impression it doesn't catch every instruction that writes/accesses. Still that's enough to work with.
2-There is a rescan option in the pointerscanner (search in its menus) which is like the next scan feature for the regular scans. Typically you'll want to restart the game and optionally your computer (yes it does change a lot of things) between rescans.
Tip: use the value to find mode when doing rescans.
