i can change the values in the game..For example pes 2012 i changed the gp and i can buy team packages etc.Prototpe 2 i was able to change experience and jumped to last level.In Jagged alliance crossfire i was able to change money and i am rich now.But when i want to make trainer for them of course every time i restart the game that address changes and trainer become useless.i want to understand how to find that base pointer thing(i think i need it?) but i need good explanation.Is there any good and long video ? I couldnt find any..i cant really understand with tutorials.I want to see someone making trainer for one of the famous game like i mentioned.And those finding the pointer steps i want to see them.Adding offsets etc..Help me about that pls show me how to make trainer and i want to see that trainer working after that..

Same story here ... well almost the same. Almost all the tutorials I could find are pretty bad and not even recommended for beginners because it lacks many n00b friendly stuff,

Its the same with coding, its really my problem. I can't even find one decent tutorial available on the net about game hacking. All the other stuff is way too advanced and is not recommended for beginners.

I have some advanced knowlegde with ASM because I used to reverse engineer applications (cracking them) especially crackme's and other stuff. Even with that you'll find bad tutorials, not explaining steps, n00b unfriendly etc.

Even if you do understand the base pointers you still have to write a trainer which will put the base pointers to work. Sorry for my bad English.

I'm playing Dark Souls (SP only) and I'm using this video (first one I found, didn't look for better ones)

Shows how to find a pointer, but IDK if he's doing it right, (he chooses a random address)

I'm following his method but I come up with NO Pointers when I search my Single value (actual item count) of my current Estus Flasks (health potions) which I already added to the cheat table.

Same story, can edit almost anything in game, but have to re-do it when I load the game.

How do you PROPERLY search for pointer/addresses with CE that are permanent and usable (as a trainer) each time you load the game?

I could do it on my android phone with GameCIH3 and GameGuardian, even bypassing anti-hacks w/ the phone, but on the PC... I simply haven't grasped it yet.

A proper DIY/sticky link would be nice. TY for any useful responses.
