Attached some pics of my current state, after four weeks of training (still have a lot of fat on my arms and belly, but still). Doesn't say a whole lot about the progress I've made, but I plan to add my before and after pics after 8 weeks of training, to ensure the 'wow'-effect. Blocked the upper part of my face out, because someone might start editing shit with my face on it, and I wish to avoid that.
Below some stats, also had my testosterone and estrogen measured to make sure I wasn't wasting time training:
Testosterone (between 9~26 is healthy): 22
Estrogen (lower than 190 is healthy): 140
Fat percentage (below 25 is healthy, above 30 is obese): 27%
Weight: 189 LBS (86 KG)
Height: 6'1" (185 CM)

| Keto diet for 4 weeks and you'll look sick. I just started doing Keto since I go on vacation in 2 weeks. Run your ass off and lift hard while on it too. You won't get any gains, but you won't lose lean mass and all your fat will vanish.

I'm following a diet similar to the keto diet. All I'm eating that possesses a high amount of carbohydrates, is a banana a day. The rest is fruits, vegetables, and white fish or bird meat. I also eat two blocks off of a pure chocolate bar, like twice a week. I get very little carbohydrates, yet my body responds very well to power training exercises. I eat about 2300~2500 calories a day, most of which are proteins and good fats, and like 10%'ish is carbohydrates.

| Doing nothing is hard, especially when your clutch is busted so you have to bike everywhere, but when I'm at home I try to lounge around as much as possible and eat at least 5 pounds of food per 24 hours, I'm still only a leightweight.

Eat a lot of carbs and saturated fats, do nothing, see what happens. My body has a hard time with carbs, so I started cutting them. Proteins and unsaturated fats all the way baby.

So I have to eat 4000 Calories a day.
The entire pizza I ate yesterday had about 2000, the two pieces of fillet mignonne were probably 300 or 400 each, a salad is probably only 100, I have a protein/fruit loaded smoothie every day that I figure to be 350 Calories, at night I have a huge bowl of mixed cereals that probably comes to 150 Calories, I munch on dried seaweed and almonds all day, oh I also had an almond butter/marmalade sandwhich on grilled wheat bread... Some other stuff I can't remember probably...
So yeah 4000 sounds like about what I eat every day, maybe 3000 on days when I'm out and about all day... Fuck I don't think my stomach could handle 5000 Calories.
Fun fact Calories with capital C is actually a kilocalorie, so the 100 Calories you see on the nutritional facts panel is actually 100,000 calories.
