Hey I was just wondering if it was possible to virtually modify your 360 with out using any mod chips? My friend told me there is the other day but last time I researched soft modding there wasn't a public leak. Sorry about not posting in the console section but its pretty much dead these days.

I know you can pirate games onto the hard drive, so I guess anything software wise that is stored on the hard drive can be modded?
I don't know, I haven't touched a console since ps2.

from what i understand is it matters why kind of drive you have in your xbox you can easily check just search on line. Mine is a benQ, now benQs are so new that there aren't a lot flash mods or anything for it. Some drives have a lot and some don't have any. Now say you have a drive that can be flashed you open up your xbox and take out the drive and connect it via sata to your computer. Then you would flash/stealth the drive (find a specific good tutorial for that drive) and then you could play burned duallayer discs off of the internet. I did this to one of my old xbox 360s a while back. Now it could have changed with the new dashboard and they might be able to detect you but i still have friends on xbox live playing games way early so it obviously still exists.
