like a week ago a experienced a crash. I rebooted and 3 times in a row because it crashed 3 times after the first. But luckily i got it to work fine after that. But just yesterday i had another crash and from then on when i boot up my computer it keeps going on and off but after a few presses it manages to boot up properly. anyone know why this is happening?

Is it a BSOD crash? or does it just fail like no power is getting to it?
If it's BSOD, you need to show us the BSOD message(s)
There's an app called bluescreenview you can use to easily view the latest BSOD dumps. If it's not BSODing and just failing to get power, check your cables and try a different power supply.

bsod=blue screen of death.
But you're saying your system turns off so I doubt it's that
My guess,(seeing at your location it's been good weather since yesterday) your system is overheating. Try removing the layer of cloth between your heatsink and the fan on top of it
Also remove any other dust that might block the incoming airflow
And if possible, put your computer in a room with airco set to 10C or lower

perhaps your powersuply is starting to fail.
does your system turn off completly, or does the screen just go black/standby but the fans keep going ?
