EDIT:

Okay so if I use the QoS (quality of service) part of my router control panel to open XBL ports, will that give my Xbox's (two) a better connection if they were connected as well as other devices being connected in comparison to those other devices? I'm trying to make my NAT type open for both Xbox's but I can only portforward to one Xbox and not both, right?

Honestly QoS doesn't work all that well if your upload is limited in the first place.

Just port forward the router on both Xbox's IP and be on your way but also look into making it so you won't be pick for Xbox's peer hosting thing.

Well I'm not sure how to port forward to two Embarassed It won't let me open the same ports to more than one IP..
