You are basically stuck with what you got speed wise. You have such little RAM it isn't worth telling you to do anything other then build a new system. Reformat if you think the system is running extremely slow or if you haven't in a long while. I'd suggest using Windows XP if you aren't already, and nothing higher.
Basically your RAM is a huge factor in why your system is so slow.

With a system that old, you have a couple options...
live with it or get money from somewhere to do a new build.

| Well you can upgrade your hard disk and RAM for better speed because if you are using internet and download any movies from internet then your computer cannot perform high speed due to low space of hard disk and RAM.

I doubt he'd be able to find reasonably priced RAM considering it would probably be using DDR1. You'd be better off buying a netbook because even then you'd achieve better performance.

Awesome suggestions Maybe some of them can help me as well. I had to laugh hardly when you suggested Win 98. It was really fun to use it back then, but I'm a windows fan since this time, although some things were really shitty!

I started using AVG Pc Tuneup today, but I didn't really notice any difference in speed.
Might work better for you though.

Just to confirm, you think his hard disk and RAM speed is the bottleneck when downloading movies?
