steam seem to have downloaded cs source onto my account. And I didn't even pay for it! What does this mean?

Right now, I'm thinking that it could've come from Source Dedicated Multiplayer Server. But I'm not too sure.

Perhaps the dedicated server software through Steam needs models and such from CS:S in order to run properly.

Probably because someone else who has CSS logged in to his Steam account on your pc.
