I heard it was out and would like to try to code some stuff with it.

anyways I seem not to be able to open CE 6.2(after extraction) and I don't mind much but just to ask do I need to uninstall CE 6.1 to make 6.2 beta to work?

What doesn't open?
The .rar or after you have extracted the files? (You need winrar to extract the files from the .rar)
if you mean the .exe's in the rar, why doesn't it open? Do you get an error or does nothing happen? If nothing happens, reinstall windows (Or get rid of your anti virus)
