I'm pretty sure even Cryoma could do it and he isn't looking for someone to do it, he's looking for Sterling because Sterling might want it. Fuck off Kavvman.

Nope but i have done some freelancing work you can see here :>https://www.freelancer.com/users/1616239.html and i run my site.
I know php but i can only set up a ready-made CMS like i said in my post since i don't have time either. Could do some tweaks to design etc. nothing major.
