For example hacking budget, it's 1.3M (million) i need to paste an adress manually to change it. How can i get that adress for budget money in a certain single player game to afterwards change it?

tried a couple of steps, but i think im searching for something else.
find the adress of a 1.3 value without changing it, is it possible?

If someone could make a couple of steps and fulfill my request, it'd be great.

it is not.
cheat engine is a so called "memory scanner"
that means it scans the memory and rescans and rescans.
somewhere in the memory there's an address that hold that value ... but there are may other addresses that hold the same value and are used for other purposes.
at first scan ... somewhere is the list results there's the address you are searching for, but you'll never find the right one without changing it's value.
you could try to analise the code, but it would take too much and i don't think it's worth your time.
