How do I bind the speedhack to a key? I know I go to hotkey but there are 5 speedhack open for binding. Which one do I pick? I tried testing all of them, and none of them worked for me :l. A little help?

they should just work. (Make sure you do not have any ce trainer running at the same time)
Just set the speed you want and the hotkey for it, and click apply
then when the process has been opened by ce and you press the hotkey the speed should be applied

You might also want to check if your hotkeys have a combination of Ctrl, Alt or Shift with it. Naturally, one of these buttons is required to communicate outside application controls.

nah, those keys aren't needed (ce's hotkey handler is not related to the windows hotkey api)
Just make sure you don't have a cetrainer or another ce version running at the same time, else just hold the key(s) down for over 250 milliseconds
if the OP is talking about the hotkeys inside a standalone trainer, then look into speedhack_setSpeed and register hotkeys manually
