I only paid around $200, and we got it from Walmart. From what I've heard, 3DS is a bit more. |
why get an ipod touch at all? and if someone already has a phone theres no reason to get an iphone. the 3ds is $250 but it also is a game console, and plays music, and he can watch movies. assuming he already has a phone, iphone and touch would be absolutely useless to go out of your way to buy |

iPod Touch, first of all, isn't a phone. It can play a lot of games, it has Youtube (Not sure if 3DS supports that), you can Jailbreak it (3DS has too much security), and it's more modern and you can do a lot more with it.

I was just saying the iPhone, in case the reader was someone without a phone. Can the 3DS play Youtube? Can the 3DS give you millions of games for free? Can you read e-books on a 3DS (not sure about that, actually, iunno if the 3DS can). Can the 3DS give you more opportunitys for freedom with your device? Jailbreaking makes it so I'm NEVER bored of my iPod. The list could go on, but I know you'd just want a tl;dr. 3DS is nice, not saying that's wrong, but it can't hold up with the iPod Touch. And when the 5th generation comes out, the small updates count. I also love the fact that there is a fuckload of mobile support for the iPod, as it's registered as a mobile device. I'm not even sure if the 3DS still has the RAM limit for browsing; my DSi still stops loading the page part way into a 2 page thread on CEF.

millions of games free? theyre all shit compared to one good 3DS game. really , would you rather play those millions of shitty app games for 5 seconds or play legend of zelda for 3ds for a good few hours

yes your points are good if hes trying to buy a phone.
lets assume he does not have a phone. should he buy the 3ds or a iphone/android phone? he should clearly get a phone, for all the points you made. but if he already has a phone, should he get rid of his current phone for a iphone/touch, and not get a 3ds either? no. if he has a phone, should he get another phone or a itouch instead of a 3ds? no.
and 3ds browser works pretty fine imo, never had many problems with it. |
