I just got done making a proper readme for the latest version of my fractal drawing program FractalGen. I'm asking for a few people to play around and give feedback to the look of the program, other functions, different tokens that can be used, etc. You can find the program Here
The first attacment is a screenshot from a working version in between 1.2 and the new 1.4, the second is a screenshot from 1.4.

GUI feedback:
In my opinion, the buttons are too large. They need to have uniform padding with less space between the border and the text. There's so much space between the top of the button to the actual words/letter then a shit more space to the bottom. It bugs me that the fractal is not centered and the credits ("made by...") need to be on a separate form.

I don't have the made by stuff on another form because I find it unnecessary. It's the only amount of credits I give, so adding a menu bar with an about button would be moot.
I'll think of some other button configuration for the next release. I'm playing around with the idea of changing the length option to a zoom slider and having it redraw as the value is changed.
The fractal isn't centered because the algorithm I made to generate the boundaries has it border the top and left of the window. When saving, the picture is only of the fractal, no extra room. Larger fractals cause the view window to have scroll bars to pan across the fractal. Having it center itself would look nice at first, but as soon as the fractal is big enough to scroll across, it takes up the exact space of the window, exactly like the saved pictures.
For reference and further feedback, currently, saved pictures look like the ones attached below. It's the fractal on a transparent canvas matched exactly to their size.
