the ce 5.6.1 chinese version can search chinese text

but

ce 6.1 can not search chinese text , how to solve ? excuse me

need to modify main.lua file ?

I don't understand chinese, and all attempts I have tried to make my windows version support chinese have failed. I always have the opposite results than actual chinese users have

as for how to solve it not sure, I guess I could try fixing that for next version without knowing if it actually works or not (ce 6.1 was in beta for months and tested by chinese people but no one reported this problem in the latest RC's)

Currently when I paste stuff like "中国人民" it shows up fine in CE for me.
But if I use the 'correct' method, it all turns to ???? (actual ? chars), but I guess it shows up valid for those with chinese systems

(test by adding address 00400500 and set type to text and then paste the text in and use the memory view to check the bytes. Switching between text and aob will not work)

chinese name of the process is not displayed correctly

modify the value of the displayed error

I tried once, but for some reason that failed and the changes I'm making now that seem to work had a bad effect on the system that I had setup (e.g Chinese would show up properly without these changes, and afterwards it would show ???? )

ok, here's a version with a fixed processlist and change value (showing original text)
I'll put this one on the site as it at least makes it workable enough
