Ever since I bought a 3D monitor I have never even thought about using the 3D capabilities, Always thought you had to have an nvdia card. I bought the monitor because I wanted to use the 120 refresh rate but now I am curious as to how I would go about gaming in 3D with the monitor on my setup. I have 2 5970s in crossfire and the monitor is a BenQ XL2410T.
I have it connected using dual link DVI and the 120hz works fine but I am not sure what I would need to download and which glasses I would need to buy. If anyone could send me in the right direction or help out I would appreciate it alot. Thanks

Check the owners manual that came with the monitor; it should have details about this in it. (It should have came with a pair of glasses as well as most monitors do that support 3D.)

Slightly offtopic but relevant.
In your documentation, if no glasses were included, you may find a voucher for the glasses you need.
Just bought a 55" Samsung 3D tv and lo and behold that hefty price tag it didn't come with glasses, but a voucher for them.

Im beginning to think it only supports nvidia 3D because thats all thats in the documentation, I just thought It might have been possible to get it to work with an Amd card somehow :S

it is completely possible that you don't need glasses ether. the screen could work the same way a 3ds works, by aliening the frames/pixels to create a 3d sweet spot with out the glasses, but read the owners Manuel and find out the correct answer
