I find tool can be used as an insult 2 ways. One as a stand in for idiot, loser, basically a general insult. The other is when someones actions have been effected by a popular action, in this case protips. The insult is justified by either definition. The paradoxical, or hypocritical part of it was the actual joke of the entire statement in that I myself am using a protip.

How is he a tool if he's doing something that nobody is doing anymore? Calling someone a tool isn't a general insult, and the way you used it was wrong.
You're wrong by your own definition.
And I don't think you even know what a paradox is either, nor how to use affect and effect.
Oh, and you called him paradoxical/hypocritical, not yourself. Do you just put words together and hope they make sense? |
