Where can I find a website host which has great website customization for free and the ability to become a shop for free?

I'm wanting to start a online shop to sell game accounts, thanks in advance!

get xampp, set up a webserver on your own computer
then, do html magic, make the site work
then, give people your ip to test it out
then, go to http://www.no-ip.com/ and get a ip redirector thing, so people type gameaccounts.no-ip.org and it will take them to your site!

remember: the website is hosted on your computer. you will need php and shit installed on your computer.

He isn't kidding you dumbfuck. Don't ask for help and then mock people. When you host a website from your own computer it runs off your IP. In order for another party to connect to your website the typical address is your IP address until you host it with another domain name such as No-ip or a paid domain.
