When i first bought it, it was silent plugged in or unplugged, doing anything.
Now on startup and when I play games, the fan is extremely loud. WAT DO

use a vacume cleaner over where the cpu fan is dont worry this wont cause any harm to your laptop because its only a peice of metal called a heatsink and a fan in front of it

the cpu is normally more near the center of the laptop which has its own peice of metal i.e heatsink over it and a metal pipe connects the 2 in order to transfer the heat

that or better advice would be a can of compressed air ive used this on motherboards and ram and everything it is not enough pressure to cause static so it will not damage your laptop

also i could say check for virus update your antivirus and run a antivirus scan and also on windows 7 press control alt delete go to the task manager then process tab look for anything that is using alot of ram for exsample you may have iexplorer.exe 00 CPU 999,999 k if either cpu or ***,***k is really high then you may have a virus
