1. How can I attach to the events of the main form of CE?
I need to get my new form (magicPanel = createForm(true)) followed the main form of CE (mainForm = getMainForm()), when the main form CE is moves.
2. How can I attach to the event "OnChangeBounds" of the new my forms from LUA engine console (not from IDE LUA)?

You could try using a timer....
I'll see about adding this feature

onChangeBounds is an ide only property for now
But why is the lua console mandatory? (besides the fact that next version breaks all tables with forms)
The forms created with the ide are directly accessible to the lua console (for the events to trigger there, close the designer panel first)

No error for me, it of course won't react to clicks because the clickable region of the form is overlapped with a panel.
You could add the onclick to that panel though (Objectname is Panel5 , there is a lua function that can retrieve this object for you)
