I wanted to know what the color code of the background of this text is. ( the color gray) because i want to make it appear one of my images to be transparent.

That wouldn't make the image transparent. That would just make it appear so on this specific sites scheme. Why not just use transparency in your editor rather then faking it?

What do you use for image editing? It should allow transparency.

Use transparency as not every post has the same transparency color (one is lighter than the other)
