Ok, I was wondering how can you transfer your cheat table to another cheat engine is it possible?

| No, I have not tried that. I just know if you try to open with another version of cheat engine its gets corrupted.

Copy-paste the addresses and scripts. If you want to use the code list in an older version, save the CT as XML file and you can open it with CE 5.6.1 too but the table's contents like scripts and addresses will not be correct. So copy-paste is the best solution. Not so tough, unless you have 10.000 entries in the list.
